I’m a supporter of the Email Charter and try to keep its principles in mind when working with email, both in what I send and how I respond. If you’ve never read the charter, I recommend you do so. It’s an idea worth spreading.

Here’s the deal: I’m pretty much a one man show. I travel a lot. Quite often my travels take me overseas. Contrary to your possible expectations, I don’t have a large staff available to help out and manage things for me. All that to say that if I don’t get back to you, please don’t take it personally.
